Position: Administrative Assistant
Supervisor Title: Office Manager
Job Status: 20-30 Hrs/Wk
Job Summary
Entry level position to support AquaGreen Global office operations
- Maintain all office communications via phone, email, and office visitors
- Manage office email correspondence, mail, invoices, etc
- Assist with daily paperwork by filing, scanning, and uploading to SharePoint
- Prepare for and schedule meetings and training sessions
- Assist all employees with daily administrative needs
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Office Duties
- Assist with Monthly Inventory preparation and reporting
- Assist with Weekly Safety Training
- Assist Project Managers, Superintendents, etc., with weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist with on-boarding task for new employees
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
- High School Diploma Required
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize task
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Superb written and verbal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages, English and Spanish, preferred.
- Applicant must have a mode of transportation and valid driver’s license
