Position: Landscape Maintenance Project Manager

Job Summary

Administrative
- Evaluate project staff as needed.
- Create projects weekly schedules as needed.
- Estimate, monitor, and evaluate job cost continuously and as needed.
- Assist Director and/or other Project Managers complete request for proposals, which includes cost projections.
- Ensure the hiring, management, and training of all Superintendents and Crew-Members.
- Schedule repairs for equipment and vehicles per daily inspections.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Maintenance
- Schedule and attend meetings as needed or instructed.
- Ensure quality control reports and data is maintained.
- Oversee the full scope and completion of each project.
- Ensure each sites has all materials and supplies needed to complete each project.
- Manage the needs of each contract’s plans, sites, layouts, addenda, and details as needed.
- Visit sites each day to create comments for improvements or scheduling.
- Review and submit irrigation, chemical, and fertilizer reports.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Miscellaneous
- Manage customer service relationships, through meetings and communication, with stakeholders and representatives.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- 5-7 years of maintenance experience
- 2-4 years of Training and Management experience.
- Bachelor Degree preferred, years of experience can be taken into consideration in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
- Maintenance Certification(s) preferred.
- Cost and Quality Control experience preferred.
- Industry sales experience preferred as well.
Skills/Specialized Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and listening.
- Ability to effectively manage, schedule and moderate meetings.
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, English and Spanish, preferred.
