Devin D. Guinn is a visionary leader, landscape designer, and community advocate whose work has redefined commercial landscape design across Texas. As the Founder and Principal of AquaGreen Global, LLC, Devin brings more than a decade of experience in landscape design, construction, and environmental sustainability to every project.
Since founding AquaGreen Global in 2010, Devin has built a firm rooted in innovation, craftsmanship, and integrity — leading the company to become one of the most respected commercial landscape design-build firms in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. His leadership has guided projects that span parks, municipalities, and large-scale urban developments, each showcasing AquaGreen Global’s signature balance of aesthetics, functionality, and environmental responsibility.
A Legacy of Learning and Leadership
Devin’s path to success is grounded in education, discipline, and a deep respect for nature. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Horticultural and Landscape Management from Tarleton State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. These formative experiences provided both the technical expertise and creative perspective that fuel his design philosophy today.
His commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom. Devin holds multiple professional licenses and certifications, underscoring his dedication to high standards and continuous growth. His work has been honored with several Texas Excellence in Landscape Awards from the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association (TNLA) — recognition of his craftsmanship, leadership, and innovation within the field.
Cultivating Community and Diversity
Beyond his professional achievements, Devin is a passionate advocate for community and inclusion. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association, where he works to advance opportunities for minority-owned businesses and promote industry diversity.
Through his philanthropy and volunteerism, Devin supports initiatives like The Stewpot, as well as mentorship programs that empower underrepresented entrepreneurs and young professionals. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, where he continues to champion leadership, service, and personal development.
Rooted in Family and Faith
While his professional accomplishments are extensive, Devin’s greatest source of pride lies in his family.He is a devoted husband to Stacey and a proud father to two daughters, Gia and Grae, who inspire his drive to build a legacy of excellence and integrity.
When he’s not leading projects or mentoring emerging professionals, Devin enjoys gardening, attending church, playing golf, and traveling — passions that help him recharge and draw creative inspiration from the world around him.
