Located on a 200-acre campus in southern Dallas, The Shops at RedBird represents a transformative community revitalization effort designed to bring new life, amenities, and economic opportunity to an area historically underserved in retail and public gathering spaces.

Aqua Green Global was engaged to deliver comprehensive landscape services that would support the vision for a vibrant, welcoming destination for residents, visitors, and businesses. Our work focused on creating a landscape environment that enhances the overall development while remaining durable and functional in a highly active setting.

The Shops at RedBird operates in a dynamic environment with continuous activity, including heavy pedestrian traffic, ongoing construction, and the operational demands of a major commercial development.

Maintaining landscape quality under these conditions required careful planning and coordination. The site operates essentially 24/7, meaning landscaping systems and plantings must withstand significant daily use while continuing to deliver a polished appearance.

Additionally, as new businesses continue to open throughout the development, our team must consistently adapt to construction timelines. Close collaboration with contractors ensures landscape areas remain protected and visually cohesive while new phases of development are completed.

Environmental conditions also presented challenges. The climate in southern Dallas can fluctuate dramatically, requiring a thoughtful approach to plant selection and irrigation management.
